1. User Agreement
By using our platform, you agree to follow all rules and policies mentioned here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
3. Payment & Earnings
Earnings depend on task completion and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject tasks based on quality and policy compliance.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using fake accounts, spam, or any illegal methods to earn money. Violation may lead to account suspension.
5. Service Changes
We may update or modify our services and terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use means you accept those changes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any suspicious or harmful activity is detected.
7. KYC Verification (Mandatory)
All users must complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to access full features of the platform. Without KYC approval, withdrawals, earnings, or premium services will not be allowed.

Users must provide valid government-issued identification documents. Any fake or incorrect information may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

The platform reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject any KYC request without prior notice.
8. One KYC Per User Policy
Each user is allowed to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification only once on our platform. One KYC can be linked to only one account.

Creating multiple accounts using the same KYC details is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

The platform reserves the right to verify user identity and take necessary action in case of misuse.
9. Multiple IP Login Policy
For security purposes, user accounts are monitored for unusual login activity, including frequent logins from multiple IP addresses or locations.

While occasional IP changes (such as mobile data or Wi-Fi switching) are normal, excessive or suspicious login behavior may be flagged for review.

If any misuse, unauthorized access, or policy violation is detected, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.
10. Withdrawal Processing Time
All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 working day after the request date.

Processing time may vary in case of weekends, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

The platform reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal request if suspicious or incomplete activity is detected.
11. Bank Account Name Verification
The name on the user's bank account must match the name registered on the VOT user account.

Withdrawals will only be processed if both names are identical and verified through KYC.

In case of any mismatch, the withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold until proper verification is completed.

The platform reserves the right to request additional documents to confirm identity and ownership.
12. Minimum Withdrawal Limit
Users can request withdrawals only after reaching the minimum withdrawal amount set by the platform. Requests below this limit will not be processed.
13. Task Approval Policy
All submitted tasks will be reviewed by the admin team. Only valid and properly completed tasks will be approved. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may be rejected.
14. Fake Activity & Fraud Policy
Any form of fake activity, including false clicks, fake referrals, or misuse of the system, is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to account suspension and loss of earnings.
15. Referral Program Policy
Referral earnings are valid only when referred users are genuine and active. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in disqualification.
16. Account Inactivity Policy
Accounts that remain inactive for a long period may be temporarily disabled or permanently removed from the platform.
17. Support & Dispute Resolution
Users can contact support for any . The platform will review and provide a resolution based on available data and policies.
18. Platform Rights
The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any feature, policy, or service at any time without prior notice.
